InstaPaid is looking for Sales Executive – Hunter with drive and energy

We are a Danish fintech scale-up that gives employees flexible access to their earned salary.

Our platform integrates with companies' payroll and roster systems and enables employees to raise part of their salary whenever they wish - completely automatically and without additional administration for the employer.

We already collaborate with companies such as Nordisk Film, Mikkeller and Hotel Marienlyst and are facing an exciting growth phase. To strengthen sales, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Sales Executive, who can open doors, create relationships and close deals in collaboration with our CEO.

About the role

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our customer portfolio.

You get the freedom to plan your own activities – but also a clear goal: to create meetings, present InstaPaid and close new customers.

The role is based in the office in Herlev, where you will be part of a strong commercial environment across companies in the ECIT group.

ECIT is a large Nordic finance and IT company with more than 3,000 employees across 10+ countries, and they are also part of the ownership group of InstaPaid. This provides a secure framework, solid experience and good development opportunities in a dynamic growth environment.

You will work closely with our CEO and become part of a dynamic environment with high energy, short decision-making paths and a strong commercial community.

Your most important tasks

  • Seek out and contact new potential customers (primarily hospitality, retail and service industries)
  • Book and hold customer meetings – both online and onsite
  • Understand the customer's needs and present how InstaPaid creates value for both the company and employees
  • Participate in fairs, events and networking activities
  • Contribute to sales strategy, pipeline building and ongoing optimization of processes
  • Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure leads turn into customers

We are looking for you, as

  • Can document strong cold-canvas results and thrives on outreach sales
  • Have sales in your blood – you are motivated by making contact, building relationships and closing deals
  • Have experience with outreach B2B sales – industry experience is not essential
  • Thrives in an environment with high pace, humor and strong collaboration
  • Is outgoing, confident and used to talking to decision-makers at director or HR level
  • Is self-driven and motivated by creating results and achieving goals
  • Speaks and writes fluent Danish, and is comfortable with English in professional contexts
