Are withdrawals with InstaPaid a loan?

No, this is not a loan. With InstaPaid, we hope that you can avoid taking out a loan and instead use your already earned money that you have not yet been paid out.

How much money can I withdraw with InstaPaid?

For each month you can access a portion of your earned salary, usually 50 % of the earned. Withdraw the money directly in the app to your bank account. The limit for how much you can pay out is determined together with your employer.

How often can I make withdrawals?

You can make as many or as few withdrawals as you want to be able to use your earned salary when you need it. InstaPaid is 100 % voluntary and has no requirements for use.

What do I need to make withdrawals?

Once your employer is connected to InstaPaid, there is nothing you need to do. We receive your bank information from your employer or we transfer the money directly to your NemKonto. You can see in the app where we take the money to.

If I make a payment today, when will it be deducted from my salary?

Each payment is related to wages earned for a specific pay period. If you withdraw the money in the middle of the month, it will be set off in the next salary payment.

Is there a credit check when I use InstaPaid?

No, InstaPaid is not a loan or credit. It only gives you access to already earned wages, so there is no need for a credit assessment.

How is the money sent and how long does it take for it to be in my account?

InstaPaid's service is available around the clock, every day of the year, and payments are made as a bank transfer, so you have the money in your account within minutes. In some companies, it is optional for your manager to approve the transfer first.
